We ship globally with traceable and insured delivery all the way from our door to yours. Shipping is a cost already included in the price of each W.Taranto item and therefore not payable by you, the purchaser. Please note in any circumstance where an item needs to be shipped back to our Sydney showroom, this cost will be incurred by the purchaser. 

Please ensure all shipping information you have provided is correct as W.Taranto is not responsible for failed deliveries due to address and other input errors. W.Taranto will not replace or refund for parcels that have been scanned as delivered and signed for.

For domestic shipping we use registered express Australia Post, where you will be required to sign on delivery. PO Box addresses are not authorised for delivery. Australia Posts Express Post service guarantees Next Day Delivery within designated areas.

For international shipping we use registered express shipping via FedEx. Upon dispatch of your order you will be contacted with a tracking number until your parcel is delivered and signed for. International shipping may take up to 12 days depending on your location.

Please not that duties and taxes charged by the recipient country are the customers responsibility. W.Taranto has no control over duties, including customs and import taxes and these are the responsibility of the customer. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. W.Taranto is not responsible for any charges incurred by the recipient country and relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. W.Taranto cannot be held accountable for any extra shipping or broker fees that the customer may be liable for. Please check with your countries import tax regulations before purchasing.
